Katherine was a member of Greers Chapel Baptist Church and was also a member of the Red Hat Society. In her spare time, she enjoyed being outdoors and was fond of cats. Katherine was easily able to cheer people up and inspired smiles and joy to the people around her.
Katherine Millirons will be reunited with her husband, Dorsey Ward Millirons. She leaves to cherish in her memory, daughter, Kitty Ozment and her husband Alan; granddaughter Megan Barron; grandson, Matt Barron and his wife Becca; and great granddaughter, Allison Barron.
The family of Katherine Millirons will receive friends for a visitation on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 6PM to 8PM and on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 10AM to 11AM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. A funeral service to honor the life of Katherine will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 11AM in the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Katherine will then go to her final resting place alongside her husband at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Katherine’s memory may be made to cat-only sanctuaries and to Childrens Hospital.
