Margarette B Auld

Mrs. Margarette Auld, 91 of Kennesaw, Georgia, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016. Along with her late husband, Andrew Auld, she raised her family in Hialeah, Florida. She retired from the Dade County Florida school system in 1976. She was a very dedicated servant of children in her church, working as director of vacation bible school and teaching Sunday school at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Ocala, Florida where she and Andrew settled after retirement. She is survived by her children and daughters-in-law, Larry Auld of New York, NY, Terrel and Rochelle Auld of Ocala, Florida, Debi Auld Leonard of Kennesaw, Georgia and Timothy and Ricki Auld of Croton-on-the-Hudson, New York, three grandchildren and their spouses – James and Katie Leonard of Smyrna, Georgia, Stacey and Josh Dorner of Kennesaw, Georgia and Morgan Auld of Brooklyn, NY, and four great-grandchildren Avarie Fitz, Andrew Leonard, Patrick Leonard and Ryder Dorner. She was loved by family and friends and will be remembered for her strength and her resilience. Rest in peace, Momma. A Celebration of life will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Mrs. Auld will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Florida National Cemetery.
