Marie was known as the "Bunny Lady" and could always be found outside tending to the chickens, ducks, and goats. She loved going to the market in Kennesaw every weekend.
Marie is survived by her son, Thomas McDaniel and daughter, Tamara Ann Parks as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Murphy; son, Timothy Michael McDaniel; and sister Marlene Ferrell.
A visitation will be held Sunday, September 8, 2024 from 4-6pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home at 2950 Cobb Pkwy. NW Kennesaw, GA 30152 with a Celebration of Life scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2024 at 12:00 pm in the Chapel at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.
