Marilyn Maxwell Lyons, age 73, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Sunday January 5, 2020. Marilyn was born December 28, 1946 to the late Daniel and Mary Maxwell. She was a loving daughter, sister and aunt and enjoyed tennis, golf and travel. Marilyn was a very reserved and private person. Survivors include sister, Patricia Cantrell, nieces Danielle Sutton (Patrick), Michelle Hawkins (Waymond), nephew, Bobby Walraven (Mary), great nieces, Brooke Walraven, Katie Cooley and great nephews, Chase Babineaux, Kenny Cooley and Carson Sutton.
A visitation for Marilyn will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Acworth, GA 30101.
