Michael and I were work comrades at AT&T - both in New Jersey as well as the Atlanta Metropolitan area. I remember when he was promoted to a management position, which unfortunately led to him being laid off. Although we didn't see each other much after he left the company, I would always meet up with him at model railroad shows. He would recognize me almost immediately. Anyway, today (January 21, 2023), there was such a convention at the Gas South Arena (Gwinnet Convention Center). It was at this show, especially in the company of the Lionel exhibitors, that I was informed of this bad news.  In fact, while I also have an interest in trains, my main reason for attending this exhibit was to see him.  The "O" gauge layout in his basement was amongst the best I ever saw.  Rest in peace Mike - model railroading will never be the same without you!

We were so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing.  Just learned about it at the Train show today. We have known Mike for a number of years and he was always so ready with a smile and how are you doing. We will truly miss him and hope GOD gives all the family peace.

Grief is the price we pay for love. My father was such a wonderful man. He loved and supported me in good times and bad. He inspired me and advised me everyday for 34 years. He was the heart and soul of the Yudiskas family. He can never be replaced he was one of the most caring sweet and loving person I will ever know. It’s a honor to be his daughter and to hold his hand while he passed just like he’s held my hand my whole life. He was 100 percent authentic. He loved his wife with his whole heart and it’s a great example of what true love is. He loved to travel, loved his train hobby, taught me how to play poker and he was one of the most stylish man I’ve ever laid eyes on. I’ll miss his laugh and loud Jersey accent and every time there’s good food around I’ll look for him at the head of the table. He was a wonderful motivator and best person to cheer me up when I was sad and will forever be apart of my heart. I love you Daddy you were the absolute best and I will remember all the camping trips, train shows, movies and laughs we had. Thank you for being my father I wouldn’t trade you for the world

Happy memories of New Years' Eve  decades ago when your parents and my parents thought the kids were responsible enough to be left alone and they could go into Manhattan to ring in the new one.

Thanks for all your kindness to my mother in her old age.   She loved talking Yudiskas.   

I hope people are being as kind to your family at this terrible time.

Michael was a beloved cousin of myself and my sister Rose.  We shared many summer adventures growing up at my parents house in Scranton. We shared a bond  and love of family that transcends the years.
I will miss you Michael, love you so much.

I have many fond memories of Mr. Michael Yudiskas as shared with me by his loving wife, Denise.  Denise always talked of  their vacations, holidays , cruises, and the many kind and affectionate gestures that he'd shown to her and his family.  He was devoted to his wife and cared for her in sickness and in health. God rest his soul and may Denise and his family find comfort and solace in knowing that He is with the Lord. God bless you all 

Michael and Denise were neighbors on our street  in NJ for many years.  We will always remember all the parties Michael hosted for the neighbors.  He was always the life of the party and provided us with lots of laughs.  
His train set downstairs was always a highlight and we know how much he enjoyed showing it.  We really missed both of them when they moved to Georgia but will treasure the memories of the fun times we had as we were bringing up our children.    You will be missed, Michael, by your loving family and friends. 

Mike, Happy Birthday! I remember on the vacation in Maine many years ago your strong determination to finish climbing the mountain. And the little ones gamely followed you while I had to stay below the summit. I remember how much you enjoyed working on the train boards with my father. I enjoyed hearing from Denise about your train club meetings, and  stories of the cruise, and driving to Florida. I know you always did your best, and they say if you pass on near your birth day, it is because you have completed the mission. Happy Birthday, Mike, with love from Marie

Denise and Family: This is a time of sadness and a time of joy. Sadness at Mike's passing and joy for the many years you had Mike and for the wonderful memories. Peace be with you.
