

Norma E. Rodriguez, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 29, 2025. She was born on September 28, 1944, in Guayaquil, Ecuador, the beloved daughter of Luis and Rosa Alarcón.
In 1968, Norma courageously moved to the United States, beginning a new life while carrying with her the warmth, strength, and traditions of her Ecuadorian heritage. She built a life centered on love, family, and faith—touching countless lives with her gentle spirit and unwavering kindness.
Norma married the love of her life, Noel Rodriguez, with whom she shared a long, devoted, and joyful marriage until his passing in 2012. Their bond was marked by loyalty, affection, and a deep commitment to family. Norma will now be interred beside Noel, reunited with him once again in eternal peace.
A devoted and loving mother, Norma raised her two children with strength, tenderness, and devotion. She found her greatest joy in motherhood and in being a grandmother. Norma cherished her three grandchildren — Joey, Gabriella, and Liam — who brought her immense pride, laughter, and happiness. Her home was always filled with delicious meals, cultural traditions, and the kind of love that made everyone feel embraced and welcomed.
Norma will be remembered for her resilience and compassionate spirit. Her kindness, generosity, and quiet strength leave behind a legacy that will continue through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
Norma is survived by her only living son, Luis Noel Rodriguez, his wife Colleen, and her three beloved grandchildren, Joey, Gaberella, and Liam. She was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Noel Rodriguez, her parents, Luis and Rosa Alarcón, her daughter, and her youngest son, Jorge Rodriguez, who passed in February 2022.
Interment will take place on December 7, 2025, at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Park, where Norma will be laid to rest beside her husband, Noel, and near her beloved son, Jorge.
