Mr. Boatright served honorably in the Army from 1968 to 1970. He enjoyed fishing and making people laugh. Rayford had a warm, loving personality and was dedicated to his family as a devoted father, grandfather and brother.
Rayford leaves to cherish in his memory, sister, Bertie Mae Lee; sons, Kenneth Ward Oaks and wife Christine, Shane Boatright and wife Erin, Michael William Gravett and wife Vickie; and grandchildren, Patrick Oaks, Jacki Oaks, Mason Gravett, Kristen Gravett, Joseph Boatright, Gabriel Boatright and Alea Boatright.
The family of Rayford will receive friends for a visitation on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. A funeral service to honor the life of Rayford Boatright will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2PM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Mr. Boatright will then go to his final resting place on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Georgia National Cemetery.
