Raymond was a man after God's own heart; He enjoyed studying God's word and spending time with his family and fishing for sport. He leaves his devoted wife, Myra, children, Tim(Niki)Scott, Darel(Deanne)Scott, Selena(Steven)Payne, grandchildren Mitchell (Jessica) Scott, Audria Scott, Donavon Scott and great grandchildren Simon, Asher and Catherine Scott to cherish his memories.
Raymond played football in high school and was the Sr. Class President 1956-57.
Raymond also served this country proudly in the United States Army from 1957-1960.
He met his lovely wife in early 1959 and married March 7, 1960.
Raymond graduated from Midwestern Baptist Bible College in 1974 and was a pastor for over 20years.
