Robert Glenn Moore

A native of Boaz, Alabama, Mr. Moore was born on October 6, 1943, the son of the late Hampton Cicero and Addie Columbia Rainwater Moore. Mr. Moore was affectionately known by his parents and siblings as "Rabbit" He lived most of his life in Acworth and prior to his retirement, he was employed with Brown Heating & Air. He was married to the former Lillie Craig who survives.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 50 years, Mrs. Lillie C. Moore. Daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa Moore Brogdon and husband Tim and Christie Moore Kilgore and husband Darren. Two sisters, Lizzie Young and Margie Hicks. His grandchildren, Robert Matthew Moore, Jesse Scott Cantrell, Brittany Alyse Cantrell, Abigail Kirsten Brogdon, Caitlyn Lily Moore and MaKenzie Grace Moore. One great-granddaughter, Zoey Rae Moore.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday July 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Lavon Nailer and Rev. Tommy Costner officiating. Entombment will follow in the Pine Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home .

Pallbearers will include Chad King, Jeff Moore, Don Hester, Jesse Cantrell, Robert Matthew Moore, and Jeff Cline.

Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
