Rosemary Fisher

Born September 28th 1935 Passed June 16th, 2024

Rosemary Theresa Fisher was born on September 28, 1935, and departed to her heavenly home on Father’s Day June 16th, 2024. She is proceeded by her loving husband James Robert Fisher. They were wed on Valentine’s Day 1965. Together they shared 47 years of joy in marriage.

Born in New York City, she grew up in a large Italian family. She is the daughter of John and Antionette Providento and is proceeded by her parents and two sisters Gerry Synnott and Gloria Providento. Following secretarial school, she left New York in 1965 to travel this country and the world as a navy wife and mother.

Rosemary cherished the simple pleasures of spending time with family and a good laugh. Her hobbies included knitting, crochet, drawing, movies, music, and her many collections.

She is survived by her three children Kelly Myers and husband Greg Myers, Jodi Drover and husband Shawn Drover, Jimmy Fisher and wife Diane Fisher, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The memorial service- funeral mass will take place at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, 1618 Ben King Road, Kennesaw, Ga on Friday June 21st at 10:30 am. A celebration of life will take place immediately following at the home of Greg and Kelly Myers.

It is well known purple is Rosemary’s favorite color. It is also the signature color of the Alzheimer’s Association. In honor of Rosemary, feel free to wear her signature color.
