He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was a creative and talented musician whose passion was the guitar. He showcased his musical talent in the band “Bog Monkey” whose unique music was enjoyed and followed by many fans. He will be dearly missed by his band members Doug and Joji. Zachary was also an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends.
Zachary is survived by his mother, Tama Romero, brother, David Mitchell and his wife Rachelle, his sister Christian Murphy and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Timothy Romero, his maternal grandparents, Philip and Pearl “Melody” Carmonche, and his paternal grandparents, Donald and Carolyn Romero.
A visitation for Zachary will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at NorthStar Church, 3413 Blue Springs Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30144, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM.
