Beatrice (Bea) Klavet
With her family by her side Beatrice (Bea) Klavet (nee Markham), a resident of Pinecrest Home for the Aged passed away on October 2, 2013 at her residence two weeks before her 92nd birthday.
She is survived by her children Frances (George), Florence, Roy (Cheryl), Phil and Bruce, eight grandkids, 14 great grandkids, brother Fred and sister Jane.
Bea is predeceased by her husband Bill Klavet, daughter Ada, grandson William, her parents William and Florence Markham, brothers Philip & Gordon, sisters Doris, Violet, Frances, and Anne.
Mom was born in Kenor a and moved to B.C. in 1945 to raise her children, returning to Kenora in 1967 where she met the love of her life Bill. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and being with her children and grandkids.
A Memorial Service will be held at Pinecrest Nursing Home on Friday, October 11, 2013 at 1:30pm with Pastor Robert Wittmeier officiating.
