

Frederick Favian Carpenter
It is with deep sadness and aching hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle and friend, Frederick Favian Carpenter on September 9, 2011 at 20 years of age.
Fred is survived by his loving parents, George Land and Violet Carpenter; brothers and sisters, Randy (Theresa), Flavia (Billy), Judy (Guy), Harvey (Grace), Larry (Denise), George, Maureen, Thomas and Kylie; grandfather, Maurice Carpenter; uncles, Robert, Jerry (Audrey), and Fred (Rita) Land, Louie (Leanne) Carpenter, Randall (Georgina) Boucher; aunts, Flora (Larry), Pauline (Greg), Sandra (Bobby) and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Fred will join his beloved grandparents, George Sr. and Annie Land, grandmother, Rose Carpenter; uncles, Lawrence and Doris Land, Nazarus Sr. and Agnes Land, John James and Pyillis Land, Nicky Robert Carpenter; aunts, Maureen Cameron and Sharon Carpenter; brother, Thomas Moose; cousins, Anita and Ashely Cameron, Connie and Alyssa Carpenter and Flavia Turtle .
Fred grew up and went to school in Wabaseemoong. He enjoyed photography, listening to music and loved singing. Fred made many friends, and some lasting since childhood.
Fred was a very outgoing, brave, talented, and intelligent young man. He had a good sense of humour and loved being around family and friends. We will always remember the laughter he bought to our life.
Wake service will begin on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Land’s residence in the community of Wabaseemoong.
A traditional funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 with interment to follow.
