Helen Muckle, a resident of Whitedog First Nation passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital.
She was predeceased by her father Johnny Quewezance, granddaughter Karly Leland Jamieson, sister Briena Mooney, sister in law Flora Cameron, and grandparents Mitchell and Lydia Muckle, John Williams and Mary Quewezance.
Left to mourn her passing are her children, Carl (Michelle), Taylor(Annie), Raymond Jamieson/Muckle, mother Grace Muckle, grandchildren, sunflower, Leirah, Abbey, Zariah, Karson, Daryl, Tayren, Taysen and Jerry, her siblings Beverly, Teresa (Randy), Larry, Marvin (Georgina), Colleen and Mark, her aunties Ilene Muckle and Mary-Teresa Bunting, as well as many first cousins, nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.
Helen-noojii enjoyed being with her family and friends, she also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren which she enjoyed immensely.
Helen enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, berry picking, canoeing and visiting with family and friends, she had a humorous personality, she always made people around her laugh. Helen will always be remembered for her loving gentle spirit, the Love for her in our hearts will last forever.
A wake service will begin on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Whitedog Community Hall. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Whitedog Community Hall with interment to follow in Whitedog.
