She is remembered lovingly by her brothers Nelson, Richard and her good friend Helen, as well as her children Barbara, Melanie, Sue, Joanne and Dave. Her grandchildren Jesse, Danielle, Jake, Jared, Amy, Nicole, Sapphire, Owen and her great granddaughter Mia.
She is predeceased by her children William and Phillip and her loving husband Tom.
Noreen was an active member of her church, congregation and community.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of Noreen’s life in the summer of 2024.
