Quentin Quoquat

August 21, 1969 – July 23, 2017

Quentin passed away at his residence in Grassy Narrows First Nation on July 23, 2017.

He is predeceased by his mother Mary Lynn Loon and stepdad Ross Loon, his son Quentin Jr. and his siblings Stedman Loon, Wanda Loon and Cory Quoquat.

Quentin is survived by his Dimowe, Charlotte Loon, his kids Ashley (Josh), Chasity, Maybelline (Arthur), Tasha (Brian) Loon, Jedidiah and Cheyenne Quoquat. His siblings Miranda (Chad), Anita (Jason), Shawn (Danielle), his dad Joseph Quoquat (Alice), his grandkids Amaru, Montel, Connor, his brother in laws Lawrence, Bradley and Harold Loon, his Aunt Edna, Uncle Alex Quoquat, Uncles Simon Fobister (Lucy), Raphael Fobister (Barbara), great Aunts and Uncles and his nieces and nephews too many to mention.

He enjoyed dabbing bingo cards, travelling with his family watching the Winnipeg Jets his favourite team, visiting his kids, being a Great Shoomis.

Quentin liked joking around and spending time on facebook. He enjoyed catering with his Dimowe.

He is loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Wake Services will be held at Agnes Fisher’s Church on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.

Traditional Funeral Services will be held at Agnes Fisher’s Church on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Frank Kowal officiating with interment to follow at Grassy Narrows First Nations Cemetery.
