

Haley was born on July 22, 1993 in Traverse City, the daughter of William “Bill” Baldinger and Lori Matthews. She was raised in Buckley with her six siblings. Haley loved hunting with her father and brothers, using her 300 ultra mag. She got a nice buck every year.
Haley was an outstanding athlete. As an all-state track runner, she was as fast as the wind. She took her basketball team to a District title and was an outstanding volleyball player. Haley was in love with 4-H and was a member of the Beef and Bacon Group. Haley had a beautiful smile that wouldn’t quit. Haley’s sister Hannah and BFF Paige were the three musketeers. She was her mom’s ray of sun!! Haley and her dad had a very special father-daughter bond. Haley was homebody and loved spending time with her family. Mikey and Hannah and Haley were always together.
Haley will be missed by all who survive her; parents, William “Bill” Baldinger and Lori Matthews; siblings, Adam (Meghan) Matthews, Jeremiah Matthews, Courtney (Chris) McEachern, Cody Matthews, Michael Baldinger, and Hannah Baldinger; grandparents, Elden Holmes, Arlene Baldinger, and Gloria Matthews; nieces and nephews, Theron, Danzik, Tamrak, Ryekin, Colter McEachern, Adison Baldinger, Taylor, Avery, and Austin Matthews; her life-long friend, Paige Gokey; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins and family members, and all of her friends at school. Preceding her in death are her grandparents, Dorothy Holmes, Richard Baldinger and Sidney Matthews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 1 pm at Buckley High School Gymnasium with visitation on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 4 – 8 pm also at the school. Burial will take place at Cornell Cemetery in Buckley. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Honor State Bank. Please share your condolences at www.CovellKingsley.com.
