Alethia J Ferguson, age 91, of Kingsport, Tennessee passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, July 17, 2022 she answered the call of the Lord Jesus Christ to depart the mortal and join Him in Heaven.
Alethia is preceded in death by her Parents, Five brothers; her beloved husband of 69 years, Kenneth Mitchell Ferguson; and infant son Anthony Wythe Ferguson.
She is survived by her daughter Lisa Ferguson; son Brian Ferguson; daughter-in-law Karen Ferguson; two grandchildren Erik Ferguson, and Kelli Ferguson; and sister-in-law Beverly Robinson.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 PM on Thursday July 21st at East Lawn Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Friday July 22nd at 10 AM at East Lawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers gifts may be made to the Tri-Cities Baptist Church Mission Fund (171 Promise Land Drive, Gray, TN 37615) as desired.
