Betty Lou Elswick, age 73, of Fort Pierce, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Betty was born December 30, 1947 in Grundy, VA. She was proud mother of two sons and grandmother to five grandchildren, who she loved dearly.
Betty enjoyed country music, especially George Strait and Conway Twitty. But her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren and talking with her sons.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Curtis Elswick and wife Amanda and Michael Elswick and partner Kristen Lynch; grandchildren, Cooper Elswick, Chloe Elswick, Mariah Lynch, Michael Elswick, and Jeremiah Elswick; and brother, Leon Stacy and wife Jean.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home, Kingsport, TN.
Betty will be laid to rest on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 1:00pm at Blue Ridge Memorial Garden in Roanoke, VA.
