Kathleen Shipley, 87, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the Holston Manor. Mrs. Shipley was born on March 22, 1928 in Scott County, Virginia, the daughter of the late George Cross and Lola Taylor Cross. She was a long time employee of the Bristol Memorial Hospital serving as the Cafeteria Cashier and was of the Presbyterian faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Lee Shipley; and one sister, Virginia Harrison.
Survivors include her nephew, Greg Harrison and wife Brenda; and one great niece, Dreama Nikki Harrison.
A Private Burial will be held in the Garden of Faith at East Lawn Memorial Park.
