Frances Faye Bishop

Frances Faye Bishop, 81, was spiritually received by her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at her residence with her family by her side. Mrs. Bishop was born on January 19, 1933 in Elizabethton, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Horace Monroe Harrison and Jane McNeil Harrison. Mrs. Bishop was a member of Central Assembly of God Church and sustained her Christian beliefs and lived as a Proverbs 31 woman. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Mamie Kilgore, Edith Mays and Doris Shaffeur. Mrs. Bishop is survived by her husband of 62 years, Chan Bishop; two sons, Greg Bishop and Chris Bishop and wife Joy; two daughters, Debi Kelly and husband William and Teresa Bogle and husband Charles; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Faye Bishop will be held Monday, April 21, 2014 at 7:00pm in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charles Bogle officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, April 21, 2014 in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11:00am in the Garden of Prayer of East Lawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Eric Price, Matt Eslinger, Johnny Fields, Doug Phillips, Corey Bishop and Bobby Mays. Honorary pallbearers will be William Kelly and Shane McDavid. A procession will leave the funeral home Tuesday morning at 10:45am.
