

Georgia Lynne Belcher, 70, entered into the Heavenly Kingdom on Saturday (May 21, 2016) with her family by her side. Lynne was born on January 3, 1946 to the late George and Willie Wylie of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Lynne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Lynne began her music ministry at Litz Manor Baptist Church and was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church for many years. Lynne was a dedicated servant of her church in the music industry. Lynne was a musical mentor to many. Lynne enjoyed spending time sewing, quilting, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.
Lynne is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, James Belcher; son, Phil Belcher & wife Stacey; daughter, Nina Moore & husband David; three grandchildren, James Moore, Lauren Belcher, and Caitlyn Belcher; brother, Tony Wylie; and a host of friends.
The family will greet guests and share memories on Tuesday (May 24, 2016) from 5 to 7 p.m. at Indian Springs Baptist Church (325 Hill Road Kingsport, TN 37664). Funeral services will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Roc Collins officiating. Committal services will be held Wednesday morning (May 25, 2016) at 10:00 a.m. in the Garden of Memories at East Lawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Indian Springs Baptist Church (c/o music ministry 325 Hill Road Kingsport, TN 37664). The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Amedisys Hospice and the nurses of Wilcox Hall.
