Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Commander Donald M. Chapman, USCG (Ret.) of Kingsport, two sons Donald M. Chapman II and wife Holly of Leesburg, Va., Robert Scott Chapman of Austin, TX., one daughter Debra C. Taylor and husband Ted of Kingsport, one brother James George Wino of Waterford, CT., one sister Margaret W. Davis of Buford, Ga., four grandchildren Jeffrey Taylor, Julia T. Hart, Matthew Chapman, Christopher Chapman, four great-grandchildren.
