Norma Lee Ratliff

Norma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Golden Ratliff, her father, Elijah Hammons, her mother, Rosa Payne Ratliff, and her grandson, Patrick.

She is survived by her sons, Audey Ratliff and Waymon Ratliff; her brother, Mack Hammons (Gail); her sister, Lucille Scarborough (Charles); her grandsons, Jacob, James (Brooke), and Cayman (Ally); and six great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held at East Lawn Funeral Home, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tennessee, on December 10, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm. A graveside committal will take place at East Lawn Memorial Park, Garden of Everlasting Life 1, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tennessee, on December 11, 2025, at 11:00 am.
