Rosalee Brown Anguis Baines, age 73, entered into rest July 26, 2013 at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late William F. and Lenora Faye Rhoton Brown and was a lifelong resident of Kingsport. Rosalee was retired from Olan Mills Photography and was formerly employed with Wholesale Furniture. Survivors include her children, Janine Philyaw and husband Phil, Jackie Rose Anguis and fiancé Rick Craft, Penny Cagle, Diana Lee Mock, Jackie Hill; special daughter, Cheyenne Cantwell; grandson, Joey Philyaw and girlfriend, Kara Lawson, granddaughter, Jessica Sharpe and several other grandchildren; sister, Shirley Cowden; the father of her children and the love of her life, Jack Anguis; several nieces and nephews; and her many devoted friends, including Lisa Ann Dykes and LaDana Boggs. The family will receive friends Monday, July 29th from 12 till 2:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
