

Earl Dutschmann, age 93, a resident of Bishop, Texas passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 in Kingsville. He was born July 14, 1918 in Thorndale, Texas to Charles Dutschmann and Martha Handrick Dutschmann. Mr. Dutschmann was a farmer in the Bishop area until his retirement. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bishop. In his spare time, he did electrical work for his friends and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Iris Dutschmann; parents; stepchildren, Karen Meehlieb and Danny Prinz; and two brothers, Edwin “Eddie” Dutschmann and twin brother, Erwin Dutschmann.
Mr. Dutschmann is survived by two sisters, Nelda Felder and Bernice Denkeler; nieces and nephews, Larry Felder (Kathie), Royce Felder (Judy), Gene Felder (Lynnette), Glenn Denkeler (Maxine), Robert Denkeler (Jeannette), Mike Denkeler (JoAnn), Clyde Denkeler (Sheryl), Karen Coyner (Ed), Betty Schulze (Don) and Nancy Kersten (Paul); stepdaughter, Pam Tilden (Bob); step-grandchildren, Janell Keith (Wade), Vicki Awbrey (Jason), Travis Sisk (Jaime) and Jeremy Meehlieb; and numerous other relatives.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, Kingsville, with the family receiving friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 20, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bishop, with Rev. Matthew T. Ulmer officiating. Burial will follow in Bishop at the Concordia Cemetery.
Active pallbearers, nephews, will be Glenn Denkeler, Robert Denkeler, Mike Denkeler, Clyde Denkeler, Larry Felder, Royce Felder and
Gene Felder.
