Elaine N. Ramey, 88 passed away on January 23, 2014. Elaine was born on September 4, 1925 to Raymond and Mary (Johnson) Binder. She will be deeply missed by many. Arrangements for Elaine have been entrusted to the care of Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory.
