Henry LaFayette Jr., age 88 of Kissimmee, passed away on July 4, 2013. He was born on January 20, 1925 in Becknell, Indiana to Henry and Dorothy LaFayette. He served honorably in the United States Army and was a WWII veteran. His career as member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) in Evansville, IN continued for over 50 years. Henry earned his 33rd masonic degree becoming a Shriner in the mid 1970s.
Henry is preceded in death by his Loving Wife, Sally LaFayette, Daughter Debra Wasserman and Grandson Charles Henry LaFayette. He is survived by Sons, Thomas LaFayette of Cumming, GA, Adam LaFayette of Roswell, GA, and Henry Nelson LaFayette of Folsom, CA; 8 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren; and close Companion Edith Sasser.
Family will receive friends at Grissom Funeral Home on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm with a Memorial Service in Henry’s honor at 6:00pm.
