She married James David Boyd on November 28, 1968. Lucille Boyd worked in textiles for Enro Shirt Company, Walt Disney World, and Walmart. She was a member of TOPS – “Take off pounds sensibly” and had a passion for Atlanta Braves Baseball.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, James , her daughter, Janice Clayton and her sister, Margaret Jones.
She is survived by her two daughters, Angela Lee Bowles, Lanet Marie Own and one son, Charles D. Brooks. Also her 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all that loved her.
