WETHERALL, Alan With sorrow, the family announces the death of Alan Wetherall on Monday, July 9, 2012 at Hospice Wellington in Guelph, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Viola (nee Brown) on March 6, 1998, dear father to Lynda Anthony (John) of Guelph and Valerie Harvey of Toronto. Alan leaves precious memories with his grandchildren Noah (Jenn), Matthew (Heather), Erin, MacKenzie and great-grand-children Savannah, Corbin, Tanner, Cayden, Sierra, Abby and Aidan. Survived by his brother Brian (Ann) of England. Alan was a proud member of A.F. and A.M. #664 G.R.C., the New Dundee Golf Club and Black Bear Golf Club in Florida. He will be missed by all who knew him. The Wetherall Family will receive friends at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home , 621 King St. W. on Friday from 1-2 p.m. Celebration of the life of Alan Wetherall will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 2 p.m. with a time of fellowship and refreshment in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre to follow.
