The family sadly announces the passing of Carlos on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, age 62 years.

Beloved husband of Maria; dear father of Steve (Marta) of Kitchener, Peter (Maggie) of Cambridge, Lucy (Jeff) daSilva of Kitchener and Michelle (Mike) Cieplak of Waterloo. Dear grandfather of seven grandchildren. Survived by a brother, Manuel, and sisters Teresa, Lurdes, and Edwarda. Predeceased by a brother, John.

Carlos’s family will receive friends and relatives at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton at Church Street, Kitchener, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. (prayers 7:30 p.m.). Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church (148 Madison Ave.) Kitchener on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Tom Vermiglio, MCCJ as celebrant. Interment: Williamsburg Cemetery.
