Charles Richard Sommers

Peacefully at his residence, Sunnyside Home, on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at the age of 66.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Marlene of 46 years, and his children, Joseph and his wife Claudia, and Jeffrey. Special Opa to Kurtis, Lucas and William. Fondly remembered by his sister Johanne Hammer and her husband Jack, and his brother Allen Sommers and his wife Jutta.

Richard was a longtime employee of ATS in Cambridge.

Visitation for family and friends will take place at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home (51 Benton St., Kitchener) on Friday, February 10, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Bresalu.
