Wow...I knew David at Cameron HC through his brother Steve.  David was the kindness, most caring and gentle person.  His soft demeanor and smile always made me feel warm and cared for.   Both Steven and David were a like in character and nature.   God bless him and his family.

Dave was a friend from way back in high school. It saddens me to no end to see him gone so soon. My condolences to his family. He will be remembered.

Dave made working with him fun. His enthusiastic approach to learning inspired you to listen when he spoke.  I don't hesitate to call him a mentor. Dave was always up for doing something goofy and a little "off the wall". He really knew how to make work fun! He shared so much and always made me feel good about myself and the work I was doing. We've lost a good one.

My dear friend the news of your passing deeply hit my heart. I will remember your gentle smile, your sound advice, and the good times we had. David Woods was the man who made me feel the most welcome at Wescam as a new summer student. Even a few words in passing from him made a person's day so much brighter, because you could tell at a glance that he was a genuinely kind and generous man. My deepest condolences go out to his family. I will sorely miss his good cheer.

Dave's passion for life, people and ideas was abundant and in such a jovial manner that made work fun.  His sincerity was genuine (which is a rarity in the workplace); when he asked how you were doing, it wasn't a greeting but he really did care to hear your answer.   My heartfelt condolences go to his family.

The sudden passing away of David leaves in us deep sadness and pain - including my family, even we have not had a chance to meet him. It's so hurtful that our first words written to David is eternal goodbye. Hope David rest in peace and truly hope Misa and their baby Liam overcome the pain. We are always beside you.

David was truly a great person in all respects, and has thus created his own footprint in our lives. For this, we that are left behind are indeed fortunate in that we should seize every opportunity in our remaining physical presence on this earth, to create even greater footprints for those we will leave behind.
