Elizabeth Nagel

The former Elizabeth Rupp, was born in Ruma, Yugoslavia, in 1922.

Mother was married to and predeceased by Anton (Tony) Nagel in 1981. Elizabeth and Anton immigrated to Canada in 1950 on the Beaverbrae ship. She is predeceased by her parents Mathias Rupp and Theresa Dilmetz and her sister Maria Ditner.

Elizabeth is remembered by daughters Mary and her husband Frank Nemeth and Monica and her husband Maarten Kort of Kingston, grandchildren, Michael Nemeth (Catherine) of Whitby, Lisa Ward(Rick) of Brantford, Anthony Kort( Maggie) of Hanover, great-grandchildren Joshua, Patrick, Nicholas and Christopher.

Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service will be on Monday in the Chapel at 10:30 am with Father George Nowak C.R. officiating, interment will be in Woodland Cemetery and donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society as expressions of sympathy through the funeral home, reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre, on line condolences may be made at www.ratzbechtelfuneralhome.com
