Albert Franklin “Frank” Lovelace Jr., 75, of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 16, 2025. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Frank will be remembered for his love of life and for bringing laughter and joy to those around him. A lifelong resident of Knoxville, Frank was a vocal follower of Jesus Christ and a member of Washington Pike United Methodist Church. He retired after a long and dedicated career with Southern Stucco. Frank loved being active, with a passion for fishing the lakes of East Tennessee, league bowling and playing cards with friends, and later in life playing golf where he hit a hole-in-one within weeks of taking up the game. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Helen Lovelace, and his sister, Brenda. He is survived by his adored wife, Annette; daughters, Dina (Reggie) Lane and Sara (Brandon) Stroud; sister, Jeannie Bates; brother, Randy (Shannon) Lovelace; and his cherished grandchildren, Bryce (Sarah), Bennett, Parker, and Paisley.
Family will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Hwy on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a service at 2 PM followed by a graveside service at 3 PM at Berry Highland South, 9010 Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920.
