Betty Jane Malcolm

Betty Jane Malcolm, age 92, of Orange Park, FL passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at her home. Betty worked at Oak Ridge Hospital from 1956 – 1987 as a Registered Nurse. She was a faithful member of New Covenant Presbyterian Church and also at St. Giles Presbyterian where she currently attended. Betty was preceded in death by husband, Richard D. Malcolm; parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.O. Workman. She is survived by children; Jane Ann, Judith Ann Malcolm, R. Daniel (Diane) Malcolm; grandchildren, Adrienne (Stanton) Webster, Neil (Leslie) Malcolm, John (Jeana) Malcolm, Colin (Ayako) Malcolm, Savannah (Jesse) Stout, Ryann (Cody) Cooper; step-grandson, Bronson Wells; great grandchildren, Sophia Webster, Neil and Trillium Malcolm, Elliot and Clara Jane Malcolm, Kai Malcolm, Keith, Dallin and Ella Rae Stout and Alistair Cooper. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Funeral service will be Monday, April 10th at 2pm at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road with entombment directly following in the Chapel Mausoleum at Berry Highland South.
