She was preceded in death by her husband, LTC (ret) Donald A. Cain in 2013 and her daughter, Terri Lee Cain Hantke in 2019.
She is survived by her daughter, Patti Marie Cain of Golden, CO: her son, Donald Ames Cain II and his wife, Emile B. Cain of Rockwood, TN; and her daughter, Dona C. Jones and her husband, Mario E. Jones of Moline, IL.
Billie’s greatest joy in life was her family: her husband, 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was dearly loved and will be missed by all those that knew her.
