GIBSON, CAROLYN JUNE MCBEE - age 70 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at her home. She was a member of The Church of God of The Union Assembly. Preceded in death by parents Harvey and Edith McBee. Survived by loving husband of 48 years Jim Gibson; brothers Sonny McBee, Paris McBee (Helen); sisters Betty Rutherford (Jim), and Louise Phillips; special care giver Tina Hughes. Family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 pm with service to follow at 8 pm Rev. David Simmons, and Rev. Gene Marie officiating. Family and friends will meet 12:45 pm Friday at New Gray Cemetery for a 1 pm interment. Pallbearers Jeff McBee, Mike McBee, Harvey McBee, Ronnie McBee, Gene McBee, and Brian Cross.
