Cecil Edwin Frazier, age 83, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. He was a longtime machinist working for JW Salvage. Cecil was a hardworking man who enjoyed gardening, yard work, and spending time with his family. He was a faithful member of Huckleberry Springs Methodist Church. Cecil proudly served in the U.S. Army as a lineman.
Preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Edna Frazier; daughter, Darla Frazier; parents, Ralph and Wilma Frazier; and sisters, Pat Kirby and June Archer.
He is survived by his son, Danny Frazier, Sr. (Lori); granddaughters, Candice Ridley and Danielle Ridley (Lucas); grandson, Danny Frazier, Jr.; great-grandchildren: Logan Ridley, Calista Ridley, Dawson Stinnett, Caydin Ridley, Gavin Sheckles, Mason Ridley, Paisley Ridley, and Alex Wolfenbarger; great-great-granddaughter; sister, Billie Davenport; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home, 7426 Asheville Hwy. Family and friends will proceed to Huckleberry Springs Cemetery following the visitation for a graveside service with Betty Newman officiating.
