C. "Lynn" Julian, age 75, of Knoxville, went to be with his Lord Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Lynn was a born again Christian and a retired Knoxville City fire fighter of 34 years and a 3 times cancer survivor. He loved to camp with his good friends, Gene and Debbie Norman, and loved being with his family more than anything else. He was a devoted husband, father, Papaw, Apaw, a great uncle to his nieces, and a great friend to all. Lynn was preceded in death by parents, Morris and Ethel Julian; sister, Joyce (Glenn) Whaley. He is survived by wife of 28 years, Laura Julian; 3 daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Lawson, Stacy (Tim) Nave and Emily McPherson; 2 sons, Dale (Liz) Dye and Jon Dye grandchildren, Maggie Lynn, Max, Logan (Will), Chelse, Brody, Brandon, Jessika, Kaylee and fiancé David, Christian, Keaton, Azariah, Kennedy, Kenleigh, and Andrew; brother, Harold (Ada); 4 nieces, Karen (David), Katrina (David), Beverly (Phil), and Sylvia (Deanna). The family will have a Celebration of Life Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at Beulah United Methodist Church, 907 Kimberlin Heights Road, Knoxville. Rev. Don Ferguson and Pastor Mark Kirk officiating. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic face masks must be worn. A dove release will be observed at his committal service, following the Celebration of Life.
