Charles Finley Lowe, age 93 of Knoxville went home to be with the Lord on April 1, 2016. Charles was a loving father, wonderful grandfather, World War II Vet, loyal church member a servant leader and deacon and church elder.He is preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Philip Lowe and Beatrice B. Lowe. He is survived by his wife, Ora Sue Lowe; daughter, Teri and husband Dan Webb; grandson, Ben Webb and fiancée Aubrey Potts; sister, Glenda F. Clevenger, and nieces, nephews and friends.Family will receive friends at Berry Highland Memorial at 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville TN, 37919 on Monday April 4th from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm.
