We are so sorry to hear of Charlotte passing. Our Dads were cousins and when they moved down the street from us we saw them a lot. They were at our house for many fish fries, playing Rook, etc.  The last time I saw Charlotte was at a Farragut reunion. We talked and rehashed our childhood with a lot of laughter. A couple of the sisters saw her a few weeks ago at Joyce’s funeral. She was a great gal and our hearts are broken.  We have you in our prayers.

Eddie, Keith & Kevin,  

I cannot put into words the sadness that I feel for you all & my family at this time. Your mom is a second mom to us & when I reflect she appears in most of my childhood memories growing up. From saving my life as a child, to holding me on her lap while I played with my matchbox cars. I feel so incredibly fortunate that Charlotte is & will always be a part of my memories & heart. I know time has separated us physically but you all will always be my family. Stay strong, cry when you need to, & laugh as much as you can. Much love from Nashville today.

I am so sorry to learn of Charlotte's passing.  I went to high school with Charlotte and I think she was a senior when I was a freshman and for a time we ran in the same circle, I think if was the Concord Baptist bunch of girls?  Anyhow, she was always so kind to me, I mean how many seniors would hang out with a freshman here and there?  Many years later and I don't remember how, I worked with her son Keith and learned that Charlotte was his mom.  Keith was a sweetheart, a young guy at Whirlpool.  Hard working, I always thought Charlotte must be so proud of him.  I mean I have boys too.    I haven't seen Keith or his wife Jennifer (hey we had some really great romances at the 'Pool)  in many years but I do keep up with their Facebook posts of their family.  I also have thought how proud Charlotte is still of Keith and Jennifer and those grandsons.

Please know I am holding her family in my heart I know how hard this must be.  I want to finish by one of my favorite quotes that I believe sums up Charlotte and my teen age memory of her.
