Cliff Rowland, age 61 of Knoxville, passed away May 19, 2021. Preceded in death by father, Luther Rowland; mother, Mary Cathern Rowland; brothers, Tommy and Rick Rowland. He is survived by his loving wife, Emma Rowland; beloved daughter, Hailey Rowland; sister, Joyce Rowland of Maryville; sister-in-law, Mary Rowland of Niota; brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Patti Sunday-Winters of Vermont, and a large loving family and friends. Family will have a visitation at Weaver Funeral Home, Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 3:00-5:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, family ask that donations be made to Karns High School Bass Fishing Club with checks made payable to Tyler Robinson with the memo, KHS Bass Fishing Club in memory of Cliff Rowland.
