.David W. (Pete) Slusser, 60, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017. He was preceded by parents, Elmer Slusser and Barbara and Robert Tucker; brothers, Charles, George, and Colin Slusser. Pete is survived by sons, Shane (Vanessa) Slusser, Chad (Rachel) Slusser; daughter, Kerrie (James) Payne; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons; brothers, Bo (Sheila) Slusser, Rusty (Judy) Slusser; sisters, Jan Sullivan, Sandy (Garry) Adkins; and several nieces and nephews. The family will have a celebration of life Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm conducted at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, with Rev. Mark Large officiating.
