Dennis Raby, age 65 of Knoxville, passed away December 18, 2018 due to complications from heart surgery. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Betty Raby; brother, Michael Raby. Survived by brother, Rusty Raby; half-sister, Bonnie Eisner; step parents, Nancy and David Hoffmeister; uncles, James and Joe Raby; aunt, Nettie Betsill and many cousins. Dennis spent 22 years of his life at Open Arms Care Center. The family would like to thank the staff for all their love and compassionate care during those 22 years. Family will receive friends Thursday at Weaver’s Chapel from 5:00 – 7:00 pm with the service to follow at 7:00 pm. Family and friends will meet Friday 10:45 am at Mt.
