Richter, Dorothy, Mae Cole 83 of Knoxville, TN went home to be with the Lord on January 9, 2015. She was a member of the Norwood Church of Christ. A devoted wife, a loving mother, Nana and Nanaw. She worked for many years as a hospital and a pediatric nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wilburn and Myrtle Cole of Minor Hill, TN, Siblings: Catherine Hutton, Alene Maultsby and W.C. Cole. She was survived by Joe Richter her loving husband of 61 years , sister Mary Alice Holt, children: Keith (Treva) Richter and Carla (Garry) Loftis, Grandchildren: Larry (Candice) Logan, Eric (Katie) Logan, Melissa (Brian) Teaster, Katie (Kyle) Berryhill, Marlo White and Alexis White, 15 Great Grandchilden , a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, January 12, 2015 from 1-3pm in the Berry Highland Memorial Chapel with a Committal Service to follow at 3pm. Bro. Robert Cowles officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
