Ernest Lee Scott

Ernest Lee Scott, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on December 2, 2015 at the age of 51. Ernie was born on December 22, 1963 in Needles, California. “May angels surround you and saints welcome you in peace.” Ernie’s family and friends will remember him always for his kind heart, his extraordinary way with animals and his sacred appreciation for ALL of nature. Ernie is preceded in death by his former wife, Marion (Nikki) A. Scott; father, James R. Scott; mother, Margaret Chism Scott. Ernie is survived by his step-daughter, Becky Adams of Springfield, Tennessee; sisters, Tina Sparks of Knoxville, Tennessee and Tonia Pelton (Chris) of Ballingskellings, Ireland; his niece, Laila Archer (Eric); great-nephew, James Archer of Alcoa, Tennessee; and extended family in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Louisiana. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke’s Episcopal Anglican Church, 600 South Chestnut Street, Knoxville, Tennessee 37914 with Father James Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
