
Jennice Cobb Gardner Wolfe died on July 24,2023. She was born to parents, E.A. and Georgia Thomason Cobb on September 26, 1935. She was a member of Solway United Methodist Church where she served as pianist for many years and was a faithful member of United Methodist Women. She graduated from Karns High School, class of 1953. She was employed by Union Carbide/ Martin Marietta for 30 years and retired from the Purchasing Division. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing the piano, reading, and having lunch with her former high school friends. She also enjoyed doing counted cross-stitch and traveling as long as her health permitted. Preceded in death by husband, Joseph M. Wolfe, Sr.,parents, and infant step-grandson, Thomas Christian Wolfe. Survivors include daughter, Kendria Kay Gardner and partner, John Lulich; sister, Carol (Lloyd) Bell; niece, Denise (Ronnie) Dixon; nephew, DeWayne Bell and partner Misty Jones; stepson, Joseph M. Wolfe, Jr., stepdaughter, Carol (Rick) Taylor; step grandchildren., Eleanor Wolfe and Ethan (Victoria) Wolfe; sister-in-law, LaVerne Maynard, several nieces and nephews including special nieces Denise Dixon and Karan West. She also leaves behind many treasured extended family and friends.
