Met Jerry initially when he was a Gerber representative and I was employed at Albers Drug Company. Jerry was always energetic,upbeat , knowledgeable and always ready to help in anyway. As I got to know him better I learned that he was very much a family man and extremely interested in seeing that his son and daughter got a good education and had a good opportunity for success in pharmacy. I 'm sure he'll be missed by everyone but good memories will live on.

May you be comforted by your memories and pictures of happy times gone by.  Jerry will be missed but his legacy lives on. May God bless his entire family.

It is with great sadness that I express my deepest condolences to each of the family in this time of loss. I was shocked to hear of Jerry's passing even though I knew he had been battling Cancer for some time we thought that he had started to do much better.
Please accept our families best wishes and know that our prayers are and will be with the entire family daily. To us Jerry was the patriarch of one of the finest families in our community. The entire family led by Jerry has given so much to this community we could never thank him or any of you enough. He was a born leader as are all the members of this great and caring family. What a great family of cousins. With losing Jerry, God removed one of the many bright lights from the beautiful chandelier of The Disney family. It has truly been a blessing to claim Jerry as part of my extended family. He will be missed but the reflection of his light will never leave. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family.

The Morris Family has a heavy heart. I do want to share a fond memory of Jerry; when he was re-doing our driveway about three years ago, imagine my surprise when I went out on my porch and Jerry was the one busting up the old driveway!! He had just been in the hospital a few weeks before. I yelled at him to get in the house and have some coffee, that he shouldn't be working that hard. He cheerfully said, "Missy, honey, I just LOVE hard work". What a man. I hope my boys always remember his work ethic, character, and generosity. I will so miss him cheering at the ballgames.
