Johnnie M. Hazlewood age 79 of Knoxville, passed away July 20, 2021 AT HIS HOME. Survived by his loving wife, Angela Hazlewood; sons, Mitch (Kathy) Hazlewood, Todd (Ame) Hazlewood and Justin (Devon) Hazlewood; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother, Max (Sharon) Hazlewood; several nephews and 1 niece.
